BOOK YOUR RIDE
You are a couple of seconds away from signing up for your first ride at The Cycling Club. Here is how.
CHECKING IN
Is this your first time? Please show up at the reception 15 minutes before the class starts. This will allow us to welcome you, answer any questions that you may have and to get
you accustomed to our spinning bikes. For everyone else, please make sure you arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts.

FIRST-TIMER BRIEFING
All first timers will be welcomed 5 minutes before the start of the class. First timers will be assigned to their bike, guided through the workout and get accustomed to the bikes.




INTRA-RIDE
LEAVE YOUR EGO AT THE DOOR
At the club, we have only one rule: leave your ego at the door. It does not matter whether it is your first time or whether you are a seasoned athlete.
What matters is that you give it your all and that you leave with a better feeling than when you came in.
WARMING UP
All of our classes start with a warm-up. Any questions, just raise your hand. Our classes can be adapted to any fitness level.
Remember: you are always in control of your own efforts. We encourage first timers to go at their own pace and enjoy the ride.
COOLING DOWN
All of our classes end with a relaxing cool-down to stretch out the muscles.
POST-RIDE
REFRESH, REFUEL & RECOVER.
To enjoy your well earned post-workout high, we offer state of the art rain showers and a lounge to enjoy our specialty coffee, made with our precious La Marzocco.




FAQ
The Cycling Club doesn't have many rules, but here's our top 3:
1. Check your ego at the door. It does not matter whether it is your first time or whether you are a seasoned athlete. What matters is that you give it your all and that you leave with a better feeling than when you came in.
2. Leave our phone in your locker during class. Trust us, everyone will appreciate it.
3. Keep conversations with your neighbours to a minimum but feel free to sing along and vibe to our playlist!
We’ve got you covered!
Just bring your workout gear and a water bottle. Everything else is included in your session: lockers, towels, cycling shoes (additional fee), toiletries and more. Plus, we offer Marie Stella Maris filtered water bottles.
Without a doubt! One of the best things about The Cycling Club is how our classes are designed to suit all fitness levels. Our rides are tailored to individual abilities and we encourage beginners to go at their own pace, enjoy the process and build confidence with every session.
PRE-RIDE
WHAT TO BRING
We take care of everything. All you need is appropriate workout clothes. Everything else is provided in the club: lockers, towels, cycling shoes, toiletries and showers.
